If your file is accepted:

-The name and references of your surgeon will be forwarded, and you will be able to directly contact him via phone or mail. At this time, you will be able to discuss at length surgical procedures and apprehensions.

-You will be informed of the type of surgery and anesthesia, the clinical stay, the blood and radiological tests, the length of stay as an inpatient and the convalescent phase. We will provide you with the name of Clinic which will best match your type of surgery and an estimate of costs.

3)GUESTETICA WILL ORGANIZE YOUR WHOLE STAY

-Depending of yours and your surgeon’s availability, a date for procedure will be allocated as well as a duration for your stay. You will take your plane tickets accordingly and GUESTETICA will help you find the best available ticket fares.

-For hotel reservations you will be able to choose at preferential tariffs among our partners hotels  4 or 5 stars. They are located in Tunis and in the northern suburbs of Tunis (Carthage coastal area).

-You will receive a final estimate depending on your hotel choice; this rate will include: clinic fees, surgeon and anesthesiologist fees , hotel with full board and transfers within Tunisia (airport-clinic-hotel).

-Upon your arrival, at Tunis-Carthage airport, a GUESTETICA hostess/assistant will welcome you and drive you to your hotel.

-She will give you a cellular phone loaded with a calling card and with all the phone numbers that you will need: your surgeon’s, your assistant’s, you’re your hotel, the clinic, etc. Your family and friends will be therefore ale to join you anytime, as well as our team.

-Your GUESTETICA assistant will be at your disposal throughout the whole length of your stay and will guide you during all the necessary steps. The day of the surgery, she will pick you up at the hotel, check you into the clinic and accompany you to your room. From there, you will be taken care of by the medical staff in order to prepare you for the surgery. Your assistant will be reachable any time during your clinical stay. She will visit you after the operation and will make sure that you are comfortable.

-She will also drive you back to the hotel the day you check out from the clinic (usually post-operative day one or two). If you are in need of dressing changes, intravenous injections, or other type of care, a registered nurse will come to your hotel. You will be seen by your doctor once or twice (or more if necessary) after the surgery: The first time a few hours post-operatively, and a second time the day preceding your departure.
-When you are back home, your surgeon will contact you via phone and email and will remain available.

4) THE GUESTETICA BILLING SYSTEM will not ask you for any pre-payment before your arrival in Tunisia. You will pay only when you are in Tunis. The all inclusive payment can be settled in different ways:
